It's hot and moist outside (and inside for those like me without air conditioning)! People have slowed down their daily pace, leaving the cities, heading for the coast in look for a quick refreshment and pastime.
People in the cities have the rare opportunity to see apocalyptic scenes of abandoned city as they ride along to their workplace every morning.
