We often talk about not repeating the same mistakes again...
While that's really a great thing because it improves you, only focusing on not repeating negative things loses focus from repeating the positive ones.
It also makes you notice only bad things in order to avoid them. That may have serious consequences on your self esteem because your subconsciousness will stop noticing all the good around you (and there is plenty).
It's easy to start focusing some of your attention on the positive things that already happened in your life.
To make it even easier for you to do that use me as a reminder :)
When ever you see something that reminds you of me (post, photo, whatever), think of an event that happened in the past few days you would like repeating :)
